I obtained a Ph.D from Capella University in 2003 after retirement. I taught as an on line adjunct professor at The University of Maryland Global Campus for 13 1/2 years. I retired in November of 2019. I retired from the Department of Justice in 1995. I am the author of The Orioles: Second String Albert Diz Russell. It is about the vocal group. I am in the process of writing my memoir which will be entitled, "Residential Mobility." I went to 15 schools to finish high school and in 2015, I moved to my 38th residence.
